As the chill of winter gradually fades, spring has quietly arrived, with buds bursting into bloom and the season ripe for outdoor excursions. Coinciding with International Women’s Day on March 8, our unit’s leadership organized a short spring outing to show their care and support for all the female employees.
Under the leadership of our unit’s management, we boarded a tour‑company bus and, in high spirits, arrived at the Lushan Xihai Hot Spring Resort. As soon as we stepped off the vehicle, we noticed a temperature markedly different from that of the city—winter seemed even more pronounced—and the air carried a rich, earthy scent of spring. The resort features a variety of therapeutic and recreational hot‑spring parks, including the Thai Imperial Palace Spa with its distinct Thai flair, the enigmatic Taiji & Eight Trigrams Zone, the vibrant Xihai Yaochi Pool, the minimalist and refined Dongying Residence, the European‑style Bathing Springs, the Medicinal King Cave infused with precious Chinese herbs, the charming nude bathing area, and an exhilarating water‑based adventure park.
After taking part in the fun little games organized by their workplace, everyone enjoyed some free time, strolling along the lakeside. Here and there, they spotted fitness enthusiasts jogging to stay in shape—truly a great spot for both exercise and leisure. Along the way, they could admire the flowers and greenery by the path, listen to the birdsong, and feel even closer to nature. As a result, everyone relaxed, de-stressed, and let their spirits soar.
Time has flown by, and this brief yet delightful event has come to a perfect close. With hearts full of joy, everyone began their journey home, bringing the “March 8th” staff spring outing to an end. As we prepare for the next phase of our work, I am confident that each of us will approach our duties with even greater dedication, repaying the organization’s care through concrete actions.
