13. Sterile Packaging Cover Material
Packaging requirements: Maintain a sterile state during both packaging and usage.
Design Structure: Coating/AL/Release Layer/MDPE/LDPE/EVA/Release Layer/PET.
Design rationale: PET serves as a sterile protective film that can be peeled off, revealing the sterile surface when entering the sterile packaging area. The aluminum foil peelable layer is removed by the consumer during use. Drinking holes are pre-punched in the PE layer, which are exposed upon peeling off the aluminum foil. The aluminum foil provides high barrier performance, while MDPE offers good rigidity and excellent heat adhesion with the aluminum foil. LDPE is cost-effective, and the inner EVA layer contains 7% VA. Direct contact with food is not allowed when VA exceeds 14%. EVA exhibits excellent low-temperature heat sealing resistance and minimal seal contamination.

14. Pesticide Packaging
Packaging Requirements: Due to the extreme toxicity of pesticides, which poses severe risks to personal safety and environmental protection, the packaging must meet high strength, good flexibility, impact resistance, drop resistance, and excellent sealing performance.
Design Structure: BOPA/VMPET/S-CPP
Design Rationale: BOPA offers excellent flexibility, puncture resistance, high strength, and good printability. VMPET provides high strength and excellent barrier properties, allowing the use of enhanced thickened coating materials. S-CPP delivers heat-sealing, barrier, and corrosion resistance, utilizing ternary copolymer PP. Alternatively, multi-layer co-extruded CPP containing high-barrier EVOH and PA layers can be employed.

15. Reusable Packaging Bag
Packaging requirements: Heavy packaging is used for agricultural products such as rice, legumes, and chemical products (e.g., fertilizers), with the primary requirements being high strength, toughness, and necessary barrier properties.
Design structure: PE/plastic fabric/PP, PE/paper/PE/plastic fabric/PE, PE/PE
Design rationale: PE offers excellent sealing performance, flexibility, drop resistance, and high tensile strength in plastic fabrics.
