8. Milk film

Packaging requirements: Excellent barrier properties, high resistance to bursting, lightproof, good heat-sealing performance, and moderate price.
Design Structure: White PE/White PE/Black PE

Design Rationale: The outer layer PE exhibits excellent gloss and high mechanical strength, while the intermediate PE layer serves as the load-bearing component. The inner layer functions as a heat-sealable layer, offering light-blocking, barrier, and heat-sealing properties.

9. Ground Coffee Packaging

Packaging requirements: Water-resistant, oxidation-resistant, capable of withstanding the hardening of products after vacuum sealing, and preserving the volatile, easily oxidized aroma of coffee.
Design Structure: PET/PE/AL/PE, PA/VMPET/PE
Design rationale: AL, PA, and VMPET offer excellent barrier properties against moisture and gases, while PE provides superior heat-sealing performance.

10. Chocolate

Packaging requirements: Excellent barrier properties, lightproof, aesthetically pleasing printing, and low-temperature heat sealing.
Design Structure: Pure Chocolate (Glossy Coating/Ink/White BOPP/PVDC/Cold Seal Adhesive)

Nuts and Chocolate Gloss Oil/Ink/VMPET/AD/BOPP/PVDC/Cold Seal Adhesive
Design rationale: Both PVDC and VMPET are high-barrier materials, and the cold seal adhesive can achieve sealing at extremely low temperatures without affecting the chocolate. Since the nuts contain a significant amount of oil, which is prone to oxidation and spoilage, an oxygen barrier layer has been added to the structure.
