Product Description
Three-side-seal pouches are a classic, highly versatile type of flexible packaging. The pouch is heat-sealed on three sides—both sides and the bottom—with an open top for filling. Featuring a simple structure, excellent sealing performance, and high cost-effectiveness, they serve as a staple packaging solution across food, personal care, consumables, and industrial product categories.
The three-side-sealed pouch features a uniformly flat body, with no side gussets and no flat bottom. Its edges are tightly heat‑sealed at high temperatures, ensuring secure sealing that resists cracking. The entire bag maintains a smooth, transparent appearance, with clean, intact print areas—ideal for high‑resolution color printing. The finished product is neat and visually appealing, delivering a high yield of defect‑free units. When empty, the ultra‑thin pouch can be stacked, minimizing storage space, and it is fully compatible with high‑speed, fully automatic packaging machines, making it the preferred choice for mass‑production packaging.

Common Material Structures
Transparent Universal Type (PET/PE): Clear and visible, highly cost-effective, ideal for portioning snacks, dry goods, seasonings, and daily necessities.
Aluminum‑coated, light‑proof type (PET/VMPET/PE): moisture‑proof and light‑shielding, locks in aroma and preserves flavor; suitable for powders, tea, medicinal herbs, and dried food products.
Pure aluminum high-barrier type (PET/AL/PE): fully light‑proof and highly oxygen‑barrier, suitable for premium health supplements, freeze‑dried products, medical consumables, and precision components.
Steam‑cooking sterilization grade (PET/NY/RCPP): high‑temperature and puncture‑resistant, suitable for cooked foods, braised dishes, and vacuum‑cooked products.
