Eight-side-seal pouches, also known as flat-bottom eight-side-seal stand-up pouches, are high-end, three-dimensional flexible packaging bags. The pouch body is formed by eight heat-sealed edges—four along the bottom and two on each side—creating a flat, rectangular base. Window‑open version: Partially transparent film for a clear view of the interior components.

Common Composite Material Selection (Food-Grade)

Transparent universal style: PET/PE, allows you to see the contents, offers excellent value for money, and is suitable for dry goods, snacks, and powdered products.
Aluminum‑coated, medium barrier: PET/VMPET/PE—light‑proof and moisture‑resistant; suitable for nuts, floral teas, and agricultural by‑products.
High-barrier aluminum foil version: PET/AL/PE—completely light‑proof and exceptionally effective at preserving freshness; ideal for coffee beans, health supplements, and premium freeze‑dried products.
Kraft paper composite: kraft paper + VMPET/PE, featuring a natural, artistic style—ideal for whole grains, local specialties, and baked goods.
Puncture‑resistant reinforced version: PET/NY/RCPP—offers superior toughness, ideal for frozen‑dried products with sharp edges; the RCPP material is compatible with low‑temperature retorting.
