They combine shelf‑appeal, excellent sealing, and lightweight design, making them widely used across industries such as food, personal care, pet products, and agricultural and sideline products.

Optional Process Features

Available in a variety of configurations, including resealable zippers, transparent windows, spouts, and vent valves; customizable material options such as glossy or matte finishes, aluminum foil or clear films, and kraft paper; and high-definition color printing for brand logos and graphics.

Common Material and Structural Selection

Transparent type: PET/PE | Visible packaging, suitable for snacks and dry goods alike.
Aluminum‑coated light‑proof version: PET/VMPET/PE | For tea, nuts, and powdered products; medium barrier.
High-barrier aluminum foil version: PET/AL/PE | Light‑proof for fresh‑keeping, suitable for freeze‑dried foods, meat products, and premium ingredients.
High-temperature steam‑cooking grade: PET/NY/RCPP | Can withstand sterilization at 121°C; suitable for cooked foods and wet pet food.
Kraft paper composite: Kraft paper + PE/VMPET | Artistic, natural texture—ideal for specialty products and baked goods.
